Okay, today is finally friday. I am so sore. My back hurts, My shoulders are okay. I still don't understand why I am out of breath when I run..I know my stamina sucks...My friend says I need to start of jogging instead of running.. and do a slower pace at a longer rate to burn off some pounds.. Good idea! Prop to my ex supervisor A.

Well todays diet was alright...

I ate a big breakfast..
1 breakfast sandwich, 1 order of hash browns, 1 sausage link
Lunch: 1 salad

My Goals over the next 2 months....lose atleast 12 lbs of unwanted fat...
gain more lean mass and improve strength and stamina....without the help of supplements.

The reason why I say without supplements...with the exception of protein and vitamins. I don't trust em'. There is too many ingredients that are unheard of and since some of those products are not guaranteed by the FDA, Why  should I waste 30.00 on some supplement. I used to use Creatine..It did work wonders. However, I feel that because of me using, caused my Anxiety issues...BLEH!!! Fuckin Anxiety...

Anyways. Thats my rant for now.

Thursdays diet:

Breakfast: 1 bowl of cereal
Lunch: 1 bowl of potatoe and cheese soup
Snack: 1/2 coke
Dinner: 2 corn tortillas,1 flour tortillas.1 serving of beans, 1 serving of meat with corn in tomato sauce,,some left over eggs con salsa...yummy!!!!

Todays workout goals...

Cardio= 20 minutes,revised.I ran 30 minutes...I exceeded my goal !
Work out Shoulders and back
